Omg, 🌟the location🌟 of this hotel is everything! right by empire state building, easy access to all manhattan attractions. Only downside - room was small and no closet. But 🥞 breakfast nextdoor was a nice touch!

Great location, near major spots. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Starbucks nearby. Quick access to subway. Wonderful view of Empire State Building.

Room heat issue, bed size. Dropped reservation inconvenience.

The cool thing about this spot is the killer location , plus the super friendly staff who helped me out with finding the right charger adaptor - major lifesaver! The room's size wasn't the best, but it was modern and well-kept, could definitely use a bathroom update though. Honestly, the only downside was the limited storage space, but it didn't ruin the vibe at all 🌟.

We stayed at U Hotel Fifth Avenue, Empire State Building for 5 nights and it was amazing. the staff was so helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. Just a short walk away from Times Square, we had a great time exploring the area. the room size was perfect for a city break, and the hotel was affordable.

Beautifully designed hotel with amazing views and unbeatable location close to the Herald Square underground. Brand-new rooms, savoury breakfast with lots of food.

It was excellent base for exploring the city. The staff was accommodating, welcoming, and everything was very clean.

The rooms were so cozy and stylish! They had everything I needed, like plush bathrobes and Italian marble restrooms. As someone who appreciates modern amenities, I felt right at home.

I personally found the cable TV channels a bit limited, but I know others might not mind.

The place provides reasonable prices. I stay in this adorable hotel every time I'm in New York City, because staff and location are perfect. The fact that it has an easy check in, that worked great for me.

Loved the easy access to Empire State and subway, making sightseeing a breeze, and the staff’s top-notch hospitality kept every need anticipated. The cozy room was spotless, and checking out was a breeze. Nearby shops and eateries added to the charm with a spacious bright bathroom 🚿, but elevators could be slow, especially on higher floors, a minor hiccup in an otherwise solid stay.

Cozy hotel, exceptional views and location is brilliant close enough to restaurants, bus station and Empire State Building, the Empire State Building and the subway. Manhattan district won't disappoint you.

Everything was modern, best possible location close to the Herald Square underground, the staff were patient. I liked the room on the upper floors, my bed was comfortable.

While the housekeeping and room size left much to be desired, the central location of the hotel made it easy to explore Midtown NYC. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, adding a positive touch to an otherwise mediocre stay.

We charge an extra $150 on the day of arrival... apparently that's a guarantee. Good luck getting it back after... I've been waiting a month.

VERY SMALL ROOM. NO WARDROBE OR CLOSET FOR CLOTHES. NO PLACE TO OPEN THE SUITCASES. YOU HAVE TO CLOSE THE SUITCASES TO BE ABLE TO GO AROUND THE BED.

the hotel is super clean and cozy, and it's right in the heart of all the shops opposite the empire state building. we were only 2 minutes away from the empire state building, and the room was cleaned up every morning. plus, they have direct access to starbucks from the ground floor.

Although the space was tight for two, the friendly staff and prime location near eateries and attractions made the trip memorable. A cozy, clean room with daily Starbucks access added comfort to our NYC adventure.

location was central and a good starting point for the planned undertakings. there is no breakfast in this hotel, you can get coffee and pastries at starbucks's in the same building. personnel at the reception is exceptionally friendly. anyway, hotel fulfilled my expectations.

unfortunately the bathroom door does not close properly, at least in my room. the room door has a relatively large gap and is not lockable from the inside.

We loved the central location of the hotel, right in the heart of Manhattan. It made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and reach all the major attractions on foot.

Perfect hotel to visit New York. Ideal location, you can walk to many of the most important places in New York (15 min. from Times Square or Madison Square Garden) and subway at 5 minutes walking. There are numerous breakfast spots around the hotel. Very comfortable and clean room, very comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly at all times. Unbeatable value for money for the prices in Manhattan. I would definitely recommend it, and would repeat it if I went back to New York. A 10!

We liked almost everything about the hotel, as inconvenient I would say that the room only has a mini wardrobe where you can hang 3 clothes on hangers, the rest has to be left in the suitcases as there is no more space or closets. Also, that among the products in the bathroom they don't put gel, only shampoo and body milk, so we had to buy one there . They are very small inconveniences, so our stay in general was 10.

The location is unbeatable. It is very central, near the Metro and you can go visit many things from there. Broadway is quite close, so if you are going to see a play, this is the best option. The room was very clean and it is quite quiet at night.

rooms are poorly insulated, so you can hear a lot from outside. so we didn't sleep through the night. so don't forget ear plugs :). rooms are clean, very small and disadvantage is in any case that there is no closet or the like and you have to live with the small room from the suitcase.

Our stay at 373 was absolutely fantastic! We stayed for a few days for a quick getaway and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was on the 2nd floor - very noisy from the road! Even at night! The bed is very small, for a person over 185cm it will be difficult to sleep on it!

Featuring a constantly changing selection of at least 70 beers on draft and more than 150 types of bottled beer, the hotel bar was a delightful oasis. I felt like a kid in a candy store, but for adults, as I sampled the incredible variety of brews. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

Lift was not working

situation is great! only a few steps to the empire state building and only 5 minutes to the next subway station. you can reach almost everything in a short time on foot. the staff is very nice and takes care of the guests. airport transfer is very cheap (44$ for 2 persons). bed was comfortable and bathroom always clean. we felt very comfortable here and can recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to visit nyc.

unfortunately there was no safe and no minibar in the room and wifi sometimes did not work so well.

I loved that this hotel was in a prime location and close to several attractions. It made it very convenient for me to walk around this city and explore. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and the gentleman who checked us in on March 6th went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. He even took our luggage early so we could start exploring the city right away. the location is superb, right in the heart of 5th Avenue near iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, and Macy's. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance of great shopping spots and vibrant nightlife. the view from our room on the 9th floor was absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline.

One area that could be improved is adding security cameras in the lobby and on the floors for enhanced safety and peace of mind. having a coffee machine in the rooms would be a nice touch that could really elevate the guest experience.
